Eurowire is a company dedicated to the manufacture and sale of fence panels and their accessories.
EuroWire, Lda is a new company formed in 2013 by entrepreneurs with extensive experience, dating back to the 60s, in the wire products sector namely traditional networks, sun-mesh and others. However, we aim to have EuroWire, Lda innovate in the sector and position itself at the highest level of modernization and specialization in the Design, Manufacture and Distribution of modern Residential and Professional Fence Systems.
Technology
We occupy 4000 m2 of covered area and to the end of our activity we installed the most modern Technologies of which we emphasize:
• A Flexible and Integrated Production Line of Schlatter Brand Welded Panels (World Leader in the Design and Manufacture of Electroslip Machines);
• An Automatic and Integrated Lacquering and Laminating Line (designed for Galvanized Steel) which includes:

• a Chemical Treatment Tunnel using Silanes and Nanotechnology that repair any damages in the Zinc Wire coverage and reinforce it in order to guarantee in the end a level of Quality only found in the Automotive Sector (Saline Fog Test Results of 1000 Hours +/- 100 Hrs in Lacquering and more than 10 times in Lamination);
• a Parts Identification System to be lacquered and subsequent automatic self-tuning;
• an ITW GEMA Brand Quick Color Change System;

• And a Laboratory properly equipped with the most modern equipment necessary to carry out the applicable Standard Tests for Quality validation was intended in particular the Salt Spray Test according to EN ISO 9227 for Corrosion resistance validation .
